Hypnosis INDUCTION SCRIPT
Begin
by taking a long deep breath into your lungs, and hold, hold to
the mental count of 4, exhaling slowly, closing your eyes and relaxing.
And
again, inhale filling your lungs and hold count to 4 and release all
the air in
a low slow sigh.
Blue
sky’s and small white puffy clouds, just rolling bye. This private
place that you’ve created in your mind, perhaps, on a mountain top. Or
on a
sunny beach, wherever you are. I want you to relax, relax in this
lovely
magnificent day. Feel the warmth of the sun coming down around you,
feel the
sensations of the day, a warm breeze tossing your hair, the sounds of
birds in
the distance, smelling the fresh air and the fragrance of the day.
Take
another deep breath, filling your lungs, hold to the metal count
of 4, and exhale slowly.
You're
aware of the energy from the light moving down around your
pelvic region and down your legs, from the small of your back to your
stomach... from between your shoulders, around your lungs, and your
heart,
across your shoulders and your neck and your head. your entire body is
relaxing
more and more. Your shoulders relax, as does your neck. Your Scalp
relaxes.
Your brain relaxes.
